An 81-year-old woman is being treated in hospital after she was hit by a car in Naxxar this morning.
The police said the incident happened at 21st September Avenue at about 7 a.m.
Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The car, a Ford Fiesta, was being driven by a 49-year-old man from Birzebbuga.
