A unique home for old-age junkies is thought to be behind a slight drop in crime numbers in The Hague.
Woodstock is a residence for over 45's deemed too old and too far gone for rehabilitation -- but by providing them with free accommodation, and the freedom to take a controlled amount of their chosen poison -- the hope is that they'll stay off the streets and out of trouble.
