Public service Transfer Policy in the offing

In the next few days the Government’s Public Administration Human Resources Office (PAHRO) is to issue a Transfer Policy to cover the whole of the civil service. The Department of Health has approved its own transfer policy but, as Health Minister Godfrey Farrugia told Joseph Cassar (PN) in reply to a parliamentary question, has not introduced it in deference to PAHRO.
