CACHIA FEARNE. On February 26, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPH, aged 87, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Ann, née Sant Portanier, his sons Joseph and John and his wife Rebecca, his beloved grandson Matthew, his sister-in-law Mary Cachia Fearne, widow of his brother Emanuel, his nieces Doris and Irene and their respective families, his in-laws and their respective spouses, numerous nieces and nephews, their families, and other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 8.30am for Tal-Ibraġ parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.
GRECH. On February 26, JOYCE, née Consiglio, widow of Notary Dr Alexander Grech, comforted through the ministry of the Church by the Eucharist and the Sacrament of the Sick, passed away peacefully to the Father’s House to meet the Risen Jesus and enjoy the fullness of eternal life in the Spirit.
