From theatre studies to pastizzi business

A petite and charming graduate in theatre studies, one wouldn’t expect Marilù Vella to run her own full-time business in making pastizzi (savoury pastries). From preparing the pastry, to baking, to delivery and creating innovative fillings for the traditional Maltese delicacy, Vella does it all by herself.
