An exhibition about Malta is being held at Harrods in London between March 1 to 28.
The exhibition, organised on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the award of the George Cross to Malta, will include an art exhibition by 30 Maltese artists, imagery of Malta, a series of 'did you know' facts and space for business and investment meetings.
The organising committee includes the Malta Tourism Authority, Malta Enterprise and Finance Malta.
The shop's five windows on the right hand side will feature a sunken galleon full of "Maltese treasures", including arts,ceramics and glass.
Harrods receives 1.2 million visitors each month.
There will be digital screens with images of Malta and receipts issues by Harrods that month (about one million) will each depict adverts of Malta and Gozo.
Moreover, the Harrods magazine, which has a circulation of 105,000, will include a Malta supplement. There will be adverts on the Harrods buses and the Harrods monthly guide.
Similar exhibitions at Harrods have previously been held by other countries.
