Man pleads guilty to being accomplice in theft

A 28-year-old man from Pieta was this morning jailed for two years suspended for four and placed under a three-year supervision order after he pleaded guilty to being an accomplice in a theft. David Mifsud was an accomplice in the theft of €50,000 in Septmeber 2010 to the detriment of Doriette Tedesco. Magistrate Audrey Demicoli noted that, in handing out judgement, the court took into considerating the fact that MrMifsud has assisted the police in ulterior investigations about the case.
