Church celebrates Vocations Day tomorrow

The Church celebrates Vocations Day tomorrow. In his message for the occasion the Pope encouraged educators and those responsible for the church to create special conditions which permit young people to say yes if they receive a vocational calling. The Maltese archdiocese prepared a DVD resource pack Ejja Warajja for the occasion. It is being distributed in churches and includes the Pope's message, 20 initiatives to promote vocations and young people recounting their experiences. It was put together by five seminarists within the seminary group 'Missjoni u Vokazzjonijiet'. A number of seminarians will also be visiting churches tomorrow appealing for prayers. There are currently 30 Maltese and two Vietnamese seminarists at the Archbishop's Seminary.
