Two seminarians to be instituted as lectors

Seminarians Luke Cutajar and Brian Gialanze, will tomorrow be instituted lectors during Mass at St Pius X Parish Church in Sta Lucija, at 6.30 p.m. The two seminarians, are currently in their fifth year of formation. Mr Cutajar is from Rabat and Mr Gialanzè from Birżebbuġa. The Ministry of Lectorate marks another step in the priestly formation of the seminarians. As lectors they are officially entrusted with the proclamation of God's Word during the liturgy, endeavour to help the faithful receive the sacraments worthily and share the message of salvation with their fellow brothers and sisters, especially those who have not yet experienced it.
